Jerome Gangneux, owner of famed Paris restaurant ‘6 NEW YORK’, Located on Avenue New York, flew in from Paris to spend the week With Cosmopolite’s Kitchen Brigade giving Master Classes to the culinary team To ensure the high standards of its Brasserie Restaurant, which specializes in French Provincial cuisine. Each day Chef Jerome worked with the Brasserie kitchen team to produce special Business lunches and dinners for Cosmopolite’s guests and restaurant visitors. During the evening of Thursday May 30 on the Brasserie’s extensive outdoor terrace Chef Jerome prepared with Brasserie’s own cooks, on a live cooking station delicacies for a select group of discriminating Gourmets including dishes such as Gazpacho of New Green Peas, Pate de Foie Gras with Baked Tomato, Risotto with Seasonal Artichokes and as a main course baked Dorado fish with sesame seeds.
